The process will have an international scope and will allow for the granting of multiple licences, provided that applicants meet the required technical, legal and financial standards established by the regulatory framework.

Each licensed operator will be required to pay a minimum fee equivalent to 15% of monthly gross gaming revenue. Licences will be granted for a period of up to 10 years, with the possibility of a two-year extension subject to regulatory approval.
