Zona de Azar Brazil – Brazilian Series of Poker (BSOP): Brazilians Win $30,000 Platinum Pass

Brazil.- February, 5 2018  www.zonadeazar.com Kelvin Kerber and Tiago Magalhães, both 26, won the Brazilian Series of Poker (BSOP) Player of the Series accolade and the BSOP Main Event respectively. Kerber’s journey to winning the Platinum Pass started two years when he won a BSOP Main Event in 2016 that earned a tournament of Champions freeroll in 2017, which he won and earned himself a freeroll into the 2018 BSOP where he won Player of the Series and the Platinum Pass.

Main Event champion Magalhães, from Rondonia, won a cool R$144,500 in addition to his Platinum Pass – the must have accessory for any poker players this year. The PSPC will give away an estimated $8 million worth of free tournament packages and contribute an additional $1 Million to the prize pool. PokerStars aims to make the tournament the richest-ever $25,000 live event in poker history.
