Brazil.- March 12, 2025 | www.zonadeazar.com The Secretariat of Prizes and Betting, part of the Ministry of Finance, released on Tuesday (11) a new list of betting companies authorized to operate sports betting and online games permanently in Brazil.
As published in the Official Gazette of the Union, 12 new permanent licenses were granted to companies representing 30 brands, all valid until December 31, 2029.
To date, the Secretariat has permanently authorized 61 applications, in addition to nine temporary ones, totaling 78 companies qualified to operate in the sector.
These authorizations cover 80 online betting licenses. Of this total, 71 are legal, while seven result from court rulings, covering a total of 175 brands.
The Secretariat issued temporary authorizations to companies that completed the initial stages of the process but failed to meet all requirements within the 30-day deadline, although their pending issues are resolvable.
The concessions allow companies to operate fixed-odds betting under Laws No. 13.756 of 2018 and No. 14.790 of 2023, in accordance with the regulations of the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting, and based on SIGAP process information.
List of New Betting Companies with Permanent Licenses
Below is the list of 12 new companies with 30 authorized brands:
- Blow Marketplace Ltda: Operating the brands BRAVO, TRADICIONAL, and APOSTATUDO, the company offers sports and online gaming in both physical and virtual formats.
- Foggo Entertainment Ltda: This company, with the brands BLAZE and JONBET, operates in the sports and online gaming sector, available exclusively online.
- Futuras Apostas Ltda: Under the brand BRAZINO777, it offers sports entertainment and online games in a virtual format.
- B3T4 International Group Ltda: Operating with the brands BET4, APOSTA BET, and FAZ O BET, it provides sports betting and online games, available both physically and virtually.
- Gamewiz Brasil Ltda: With the brands 9F, 6R, and BET.APP, it focuses on sports and online gaming through virtual platforms.
- Gorillas Group do Brasil Ltda: Operating the brands BET GORILLAS, BET BUFFALOS, and BET FALCONS, the company offers sports and online gaming in both physical and digital formats.
- World Sports Technology do Brasil S.A.: Managing the brands BETCOPA, BRASIL DA SORTE, and FYBET, the entity offers a mix of sports betting and online gaming, available both physically and virtually.
- Versus Brasil Ltda: The brands VERSUSBET and VS – VERSUS offer sports and online gaming options, integrating physical and virtual operations.
- Fast Gaming S.A.: Focused on sports betting and online gaming under the brands BETFAST, FAZ1BET, and TIVOBET, available exclusively online.
- Hilgardo Gaming Ltda: With brands such as A247, HILGARDO, and HILGARDO GAMING, the company provides sports entertainment through digital platforms.
- Track Gaming Brasil Ltda: Under the BETWARRIOR brand, the company combines sports betting and online gaming in both physical and digital formats.
- Gamewiz Brasil Ltda: In addition to its previous operations, it also manages the brands IJOGO, FOGO777, and P9 in the virtual sector.
