Brazil.- May 16, 2024 www.zonadeazar.com  Loterias do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (Loterj) has once again opened the accreditation period so that new betting houses can begin operating legally in Rio de Janeiro.

Companies will have another 30 days from the date of announcement of the reopening of the deadline, May 14th.

Loterj stated that there is “growing interest in accreditation”, both by national and international brands.

Currently, the platforms Rio Jogo, Apostau.com, BestBet, MarjoSports and PixBet are already in operation. Caesars Sportsbook, Key Solution Gaming of Bet, Lottoland, Laguna, PNR, Purple & Green and SDL Loterias continue with ongoing accreditation.

LOTERJ licenses online betting house Rio Jogo

Loterj has licensed another online betting house to operate in Rio de Janeiro. Rio Jogo was approved in the Loterj accreditation notice and can now begin operating in the region.

“I would like to thank you for the opportunity and congratulate the entire Loterj team for the brilliant initiative of putting into practice the accreditation of sports betting and online gaming in Brazil,” said João Victor de Araújo Souza, CEO of Rio Jogo.
