As a result, operators will only be able to include matches organized and mediated by the CBF on their platforms. However, for this to happen, the entity needs to issue prior authorization so that the house can offer the contests on its platform.

The new regulations also provide that the CBF may prohibit, at its discretion, the appearance of the event on its platform. “The dissemination of advertising or publicity of a company that is not aligned with the policies of the entity or that is involved in any operation suspected of economic infractions or ethical violations.”

Art. 114 – The display of advertising or propaganda of companies, national or foreign, sports betting operators, in any form, including on the uniforms of the participating teams, is subject to compliance with the requirements established in Law 14,790/2023 and in the Ministry’s regulations. of the farm.

§ 1 – Sports betting clubs and operators may only insert on their platforms the matches of the competitions organized and coordinated by the CBF with prior authorization from the latter and, in State Competitions, with the authorization of the respective organizing State Federation.

§ 2 – Sports betting operators, to display advertising or publicity in competitions organized and coordinated by the CBF, must present a declaration of non-involvement of the company or any of its employees in any economic infringement or ethical violation related to manipulation sporty. results, renewed annually.

The CBF will make available the standard declaration form that must be sent by the clubs, which, in turn, must send it to the sports betting operators, to the Integrity Unit (integrity@cbf.com.br).

§ 3 – The CBF may prohibit, at its sole discretion, the dissemination of advertising from a company that is not aligned with the entity’s policies or that is involved in any operation suspected of economic or ethical violations.

§ 4 – Only sports betting operating companies that are duly authorized by the Ministry of Finance, under the terms of Law No. 14,790/2023, may be authorized to advertise in contests organized by the CBF.

§ 5 – The display of advertisements or publicity by a sports betting operator, in disagreement with the provisions of this article, will subject the club to the payment of a monetary fine, the amount of which will be set by act of the Presidency and in accordance with the terms of this RGC.
