USA.- August 23, 2021 www.zonadeazar.com The three-year partnership renames the event as the FanDuel Meet at Kentucky Downs. The thoroughbred horse racing track, located on the border between Kentucky and Tennessee, is known for its turf surface.

FanDuel Group is the owner of Television Games Network (TVG), an online horse racing gambling platform and horse racing network.

As part of the partnership, TVG will serve as Kentucky Downs’ official Advance Deposit Wagering platform. TVG will exclusively air Kentucky Downs races for network and cable television with the exception of NBC airing the two live Breeders’ Cup Challenge races on Sept. 11.

“TVG is America’s undisputed leader in television horse racing, and Kentucky Downs has developed arguably the best betting product in the industry,” said Ron Winchell, Kentucky Downs’ co-owner and co-managing partner. “That includes the largest purses and field sizes in the country combined with takeout rates that are very horseplayer friendly.”

Kentucky Downs will 16 stakes over Sept. 5, 6, 8, 9 11 and 12. Three races will carry purses of $1m, including a Grade 3 stakes on Sept. 11 to be sponsored the $1m FanDuel Turf Sprint.

The meet will be covered on the TVG Network, and we are looking forward to bringing some of the finest turf horses in the world into millions of homes across America.”
