USA.- January 8,2018 www.zonadeazar.com Scientific Games Corporation (NASDAQ: SGMS) (“Scientific Games” or the “Company”) announced today that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of NYX Gaming Group Limited (TSXV: NYX) (“NYX”).
In connection with the completion of the acquisition, the NYX ordinary shares are expected to be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange on or before the close of business on January 10, 2018.
