USA.- January 10th 2024 www.zonadeazar.com In a move to enhance customer experience, Venetian Resort Las Vegas is gearing up to launch its revamped loyalty program, Venetian Rewards, scheduled for introduction in March. This initiative will replace the existing Grazie Rewards program.
The forthcoming loyalty program will feature four distinctive tiers – Jade, Sapphire, Ruby, and Diamond. Elevating through these tiers will unlock additional perks for members, including annual credits for dining, spa services, and airfare. Notably, Venetian Rewards stands out by allowing members to accumulate points and tier credits not only through gaming activities but also through various non-gaming avenues.
For instance, members can earn two points for every dollar spent on dining, entertainment, hotel rooms, retail, and spas at both Venetian and Palazzo. This departure from the norm sets Venetian Rewards apart from other loyalty programs on the Strip, some of which confine point and credit earnings solely to gaming activities.
When engaging in gaming activities, participants will earn one point for every $4 wagered on slot machines and one point for every $10 bet on video poker. Table game players will accumulate two points based on their average bet and the duration of play. Notably, every 100 points earned will translate to $1 in credits for dining, entertainment, hotel rooms, retail, and spa services or $1 in free play on slots or video poker.
This announcement follows the completion of Venetian Resort Las Vegas’s impressive $1 billion redevelopment, which included the unveiling of Sphere at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. The resort also introduced a high-stakes gaming room in September 2023, featuring jackpots exceeding $2 million. Apollo Global Management took over the operating rights from Las Vegas Sands in early 2021, encompassing the exhibition hall, formerly known as the Sands Expo and Convention Center.
