Zona de Azar Costa Rica – Today Begins the XVII CIBELAE Congress in San Jose Costa Rica

Costa Rica.- November 6th 2019 www.zonadeazar.com The XVII CIBELAE biannual Congress, “Building Partnerships for Development”, will take place from November 6 to 8 in the rooms of the DoubleTree by Hilton Cariari Hotel in the city of San José, Costa Rica. The President of the World Lottery Association, Mrs. Rebecca Paul Hargrove and the Executive Director of the institution, Mr. Luca Esposito, will be present. The authorities of the NASPL, EL, ALA and APLA regional associations, more than 20 regulators from the region, European regulators members of CIBELAE and the associated members will also participate.
