Just a few days into March and a total of 10 players have already received a Platinum Pass to the PokerStars Players No Limit Hold’em Championship (PSPC), worth $30,000 each. The passes were awarded at the following events: the PSPC Twitch Freeroll Giveaway, PSPC Twitter Freeroll Giveaway, Turbo Series and via monthly scheduled online PSPC Giveaway tournaments, the PSPC Selected Daily Tournaments All-in Shootout Giveaway, PSPC Monthly Sunday Cashers All-in Shootout Giveaway, PSPC Live Events All-in Shootout Giveaway and Stars Rewards Players Championship Giveaway.
The next opportunity for players to win online is the Spinball Giveaway All-In Shootout on March 12 at 15:00 ET, for which players can earn a ticket by collecting at least one puzzle piece on any two days between now and March 11.

Opportunities to win at PokerStars Live events include the Super Series 6, which is being held in Manila from now until March 11, the PokerStars London Series from March 9-11, and PokerStars MEGASTACK San Remo from March 12-18.

A total of 14 players received a Platinum Pass from the following events in February: Macau Poker Cup 28, PSPC Anniversary Cashers Freeroll, FRESH Series, Manila Super Series 5 and PokerStars MEGASTACK London.
In addition to the monthly scheduled PSPC Giveaway tournaments, online opportunities to win were the PSPC Selected Daily Tournaments All-in Shootout Giveaway, PSPC Monthly Sunday Cashers All-in Shootout Giveaway, PSPC Live Events All-in Shootout Giveaway and Stars Rewards Players Championship Giveaway.

To date, a total of 47 players have been awarded a Platinum Pass. Of these players, 20 secured their Platinum Pass at PokerStars Live events and 27 whilst playing online at PokerStars.

As it stands, Russia has the highest number of players to have been awarded a Platinum Pass with five players heading to the Bahamas next January. This is closely followed by Ukraine with four players, and the USA and Canada with three players each.

More than 250 players have yet to be awarded a PSPC Platinum Pass, which grants free entry into the $25,000 buy-in event in the Bahamas from January 6-10, 2019. An estimated $8 million worth of free tournament packages will be given away, and an additional $1 million will be contributed to the prize pool for first prize.
