Following this, the company has undergone significant transformations, evolving from a focus on traditional, land-based gaming machines to launching its first online game in 2010. In the wake of the pandemic, Belatra prioritized online slot game development. These strategic shifts have demonstrated the company’s adaptability and the rapid technological advancements that have revolutionized the gaming world.

As previously mentioned, our established offices in Argentina serve as a hub for a market that has constantly performed well for us. Additionally, we frequently travel to Chile, Peru, Colombia, and Mexico, which we recognize as leading growth markets in the region.

Absolutely. Latin America’s distinct cultural identity sets it apart from other regions. Each country exhibits unique characteristics in terms of interpersonal relationships and consumer tastes. To effectively cater to these diverse features, our team is dedicated to serving the region, comprised entirely of Latin Americans, displaying a deep understanding and appreciation of these cultural variations.

  • In which gaming industry events has the Belatra Games LatAm team participated this year, and what were the impressions from these experiences? Moreover, what are the team’s anticipations and objectives for upcoming events?

Participation in global and regional industry events is a cornerstone of our strategic approach. We commenced the year at the renowned ICE London, a landmark event for the iGaming sector. Subsequently, we have maintained a robust presence in Latin America, showcasing our innovations in Rio de Janeiro and at Brazil’s esteemed São Paulo trade fair. Concurrently, we have actively participated in Sagse Buenos Aires and the Cartagena event in Colombia. Soon, we expect to exhibit in Santiago, Chile, followed by the trade fair in Lima, Peru. We have also secured a prominent booth at the Lisbon event in Portugal, where we extend a warm invitation to all industry colleagues to join us for a convivial gathering. Finally, we are slated to have a booth at the Miami event in the United States.

  • What are Belatra’s forthcoming strategic initiatives and expansion plans in the LatAm market?

Our strategic roadmap includes expanding our team with specialized personnel for each Latin American country. We have already initiated recruitment efforts within Brazil to acquire local talent. At the same time, we remain steadfast in our commitment to develop and launch new games, specifically for our various regional markets.
