Zona de Azar Spain – ICE Barcelona “Spoiler Alert” with Henrique De Simoni, Account Manager at 3 Oaks Gaming
The company’s team, which will include everyone from commercial staff to mathematicians, will be present to strengthen relationships with clients and global partners.
With solid plans for Brazil, they have already completed the necessary procedures to become casino suppliers in the country, and are preparing to offer innovative games that will accompany the growing online casino trend in Latam. Furthermore, 3 Oaks Gaming seeks to establish new alliances in key markets such as Argentina, Mexico, and Colombia, where they are experiencing significant growth. The company also emphasizes its commitment to sustainability and responsible gaming, aligning with international regulations and aiming to further enhance its presence in regulated markets.
- What are the main goals of 3 Oaks Gaming in participating at ICE Barcelona, and how do they plan to leverage this event to boost their presence in Latin America?
“We definitely want to start the year on the right foot, and to make that happen, we will bring many people from our team, from the commercial area to mathematicians. Our stand is quite robust, and we see a great opportunity to nurture our relationships with clients and friends from all over the world, especially from Latin America.”
- Brazil is one of the most dynamic markets in Latin America. What role does this market play in 3 Oaks Gaming’s expansion plans for 2025, and what unique opportunities do you see there?
“We are fully ready for the Brazilian market! 2025 promises to be a year in which only the most experienced and knowledgeable companies will remain in this new market. Our focus is on Brazil, and it will continue to be throughout the year.”
- How is 3 Oaks Gaming preparing to maximize the potential of the Brazilian market?
“We have already completed all the necessary procedures to become casino suppliers in Brazil. In addition, important clients are coming to us because we are at the forefront of regulated markets. So, you can be sure that you will see even more 3 Oaks games in the main regulated Brazilian betting houses.”
- Will you be showcasing new games at ICE Barcelona? What aspects of these innovations do you think will be most attractive to markets like Brazil and others in Latam?
“We will have some novelties at our stand, but you’ll have to come by to discover them! After all, surprises are meant to be exciting and thrilling!”
- In a competitive market like Brazil’s, what strategies do you consider essential for 3 Oaks Gaming to differentiate itself from other providers in the region?
“I’m here in the Brazilian market, building and developing important relationships with clients who have also become friends. Someone who knows the market so well, speaks the same language, and understands Brazilian culture really changes the landscape of the final results.”
- Are you planning to establish new partnerships with local operators in Brazil or other Latin American countries during ICE Barcelona in 2025?
“We have more than 20 operators ready to start with us in 2025, just in Brazil. We are experiencing exponential growth in Argentina and Mexico, and we are ready to scale up numbers in Colombia as well. Therefore, I believe we will see a huge increase in our brand’s exposure this year.”
- ICE Barcelona brings together global leaders. What emerging iGaming trends do you think will have a significant impact on Latin America in the coming years?
“We’re seeing the numbers of casino games growing more and more. On the other hand, sports betting numbers have seen a slight decline. I believe casino games will become the main product across all Latin American markets in the next five years. This is something that has already happened in Europe and has been happening in the U.S. for a while. It’s a trend that will certainly prevail here too.”
- Apart from Brazil, what other Latin American countries represent strategic opportunities for 3 Oaks Gaming, and how are you advancing in these markets?
“Argentina and Mexico are our two most active markets after Brazil. This year, we’ll be looking to strengthen our brand to keep up with the growth in the Brazilian market. We will visit these two countries on-site throughout the year to offer our entire portfolio of games to our clients in Argentina and Mexico.”
- With the growing importance of sustainability and responsible gaming, what specific initiatives by 3 Oaks Gaming align with these values, and how do you plan to highlight them at ICE Barcelona?
“We follow all the necessary measures under the Isle of Man and Malta licenses. We have mandatory training on sustainability and responsible gaming. We want people to enjoy our games, and we are always attentive to operators who also seek to collaborate on this very important issue.”
- If you had to summarize in one sentence the main objective of 3 Oaks Gaming for Latin America, and specifically for Brazil, in 2025, what would it be?
“2025 will be fantastic for 3 Oaks! We’re really excited about all the global movements related to regulated markets, and we want to be present in every possible jurisdiction. However, we’ll do it step by step, keeping our product praised and providing exceptional customer service.”
