The opening day was held under the SAGSE Summit / University format and maintained a boutique profile focused on qualified networking, professional training and direct engagement among the industry’s principal decision-makers.

Organisers reported a ratio of approximately 2.75 operators for every supplier, reflecting the strong presence of companies with genuine demand and purchasing authority.

The programme began with a VIP lunch sponsored by Apostala and Evolution, followed by SAGSE’s official welcome and an institutional opening led by Adriana Gorchs, acting President of the Paraguayan Association of Gaming Entrepreneurs.

Carlos Liseras, President of Conajzar, and Oscar Orué, National Director of the National Directorate of Tax Revenue, subsequently took part in an institutional presentation addressing the development of regulated gaming, market professionalisation and the challenges facing Paraguay’s industry.

One of the principal sessions examined the present and future of the Paraguayan market, covering Law 7438/2025, market opening, the role of Conajzar, sports betting, online casino, certification, regulatory compliance, technical standards and legal certainty.

The second day of SAGSE Paraguay 2026 will focus entirely on technical and operational training for gaming-floor personnel, technicians, security teams and operations managers.
