LOTBA Trains BetWarrior Staff in Responsible Gaming

Buenos Aires, 10 August 2026 — Zona de Azar® — Lotería de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires held a Responsible Gaming training session for BetWarrior staff as part of its ongoing initiatives to promote safer gambling practices and strengthen player protection.

During the training session, the Gaming Conduct Deputy Management team provided tools and information to help identify potential signs of problem gambling at an early stage, provide appropriate guidance to users, and correctly apply the Responsible Gaming policies and mechanisms established under current regulations.

Prevention and Self-Exclusion Tools

The session also covered the tools available on online gaming platforms, as well as the operation of the Self-Exclusion Registration Information System (SIRA) and the key features of the Self-Exclusion Programme.

Participants were also introduced to the various guidance and referral resources available to individuals who may require assistance related to their gambling behaviour.

The initiative is in line with Article 15 of Law No. 6,330, which establishes annual Responsible Gaming training for staff working across betting distribution and sales channels.

Commitment to a Safer Gaming Environment

Through this new training initiative, Lotería de la Ciudad reaffirms its commitment to developing an increasingly safe and responsible gaming industry, while supporting authorised operators in the effective implementation of tools designed to protect users.

Staff training is also a fundamental component in identifying situations of risk, providing appropriate assistance, and ensuring that Responsible Gaming mechanisms are correctly implemented.
