IBIA and LUX Fight League Strengthen MMA Betting Integrity

LUX Fight League is one of Latin America’s leading mixed martial arts organisations, with a strong presence in Mexico and across the wider region.
Under the new agreement, LUX and IBIA will explore opportunities to share relevant integrity information and develop forms of cooperation designed to identify and respond to potential betting-related risks.
The partnership will also consider educational initiatives intended to increase awareness of manipulation and corruption risks associated with sporting competitions.
Industry Context
The agreement forms part of IBIA’s wider international strategy to expand cooperation with sports organisations, regulators and other betting-integrity stakeholders.
The association operates through a member-funded model and does not charge sports governing bodies for suspicious betting reports, intelligence or integrity support provided through its partnerships.
IBIA monitors more than 1.5 million sporting events across over 80 sports every year, using operator intelligence to support sporting, regulatory and law-enforcement investigations.
Its second-quarter 2026 Integrity Report recorded 76 suspicious betting alerts across nine sports.
