INPROJUY Launches WhatsApp Virtual Assistant

Argentina.- 25 August 2026 | www.zonadeazar.com Jujuy’s Provincial Institute of Games of Chance (INPROJUY) has launched a new WhatsApp virtual assistant to improve public access to official information about the province’s gaming sector.

The tool brings together resources covering Responsible Gambling, Jujuy lottery results, authorised bingo events, self-exclusion and reporting of illegal gambling.

New Digital Customer-Service Channel

The chatbot has been introduced as a direct and accessible channel between INPROJUY and the community.

Users can submit enquiries through WhatsApp and receive institutional information without relying on intermediaries.

The initiative forms part of the provincial regulator’s wider strategy to modernise its customer-service capabilities.

Responsible Gambling Information

A central feature of the service is access to Responsible Gambling resources.

The assistant will provide:

  • Guidance on Responsible Gambling practices.
  • Support resources.
  • Information on self-exclusion programmes.
  • Access to help lines.

The objective is to make these resources easier to locate through a single official channel.

Jujuy Lottery Results

The chatbot will also provide official Tómbola Jujeña results in real time.

The feature is designed to provide users with fast and reliable information directly from the authority responsible for regulating the activity.

INPROJUY is therefore centralising a common type of customer enquiry through WhatsApp.

Authorised Bingo Schedule

Users will also be able to consult the schedule of bingo events authorised by INPROJUY.

The tool will allow the public to verify which events have official approval.

This feature is intended to strengthen market transparency and make it easier to distinguish authorised activities from unauthorised operations.

Illegal Gambling Reporting

The virtual assistant will also provide access to the regulator’s illegal-gambling reporting channel.

Bringing the reporting mechanism into WhatsApp makes it easier for members of the public to communicate potential infringements to the authority.

The measure is intended to strengthen detection of activity taking place outside the provincial regulatory framework.

Easier Access to Self-Exclusion

The new channel will also improve access to self-exclusion programmes.

Users who believe they need to limit their gambling activity will be able to find information and support routes directly through WhatsApp.

This places player-protection resources within the same digital environment used for general enquiries.

Digitalisation of Public Services

INPROJUY describes the chatbot as a strategic step in its digital transformation.

Alongside answering frequently asked questions, the tool is intended to create a reliable official information hub that is simple, fast and secure.

Using WhatsApp also allows the regulator to build services around a platform already widely used by the public.

Statements

INPROJUY said the virtual assistant is intended to create a trusted channel through which users can access official information directly.

The authority said the project supports its mission to protect players, strengthen transparency and ensure gaming entertainment develops within a responsible framework.

It also highlighted the importance of bringing clear and accessible information closer to the community.

Industry Context

Gambling regulators are increasingly adopting digital tools to improve public communication and access to player-protection services.

Platforms such as WhatsApp can combine regulatory information, official results, Responsible Gambling resources and reporting mechanisms within a familiar interface.

For provincial regulators, this digitalisation can also help distinguish authorised gaming from illegal activity.

Next Steps or Impact

The launch allows INPROJUY to centralise several information and player-protection services within a single digital channel.

The tool could improve response times, expand access to Responsible Gambling programmes and make it easier for users to identify authorised bingo events and other activities.

It also reinforces the regulator’s strategy of using technology to improve public services and market transparency across Jujuy’s gaming sector.
