Flutter’s acquisition of 56% of NSX, the operator of Betnacional, solidifies its position in Brazil’s newly regulated market, combining with Betfair to deliver a dual-brand offering to over 200 million sports fans.

With the Brazilian market growing at 38% annually from 2018 to 2023, Betnacional, already the fourth-largest local operator, now leverages Flutter’s global expertise, achieving 20% revenue growth post-regulation.

Italy: Strategic growth with Snai

The acquisition of Snai strengthens Flutter’s strategy in Italy, a €21 billion gaming market. Positioned alongside Sisal, Snai, with a top-three online position and over 2,000 retail locations, is set to deliver €70 million in annual cost synergies and enhanced product offerings.
