São Paulo Opens Public Consultation and Virtual Hearing on Municipal Lottery

São Paulo, June 23, 2025 www.zonadeazar.com – The City of São Paulo, through its Executive Secretariat for Privatization and Partnerships (SEDP), has launched a Public Consultation and scheduled a Virtual Public Hearing to gather feedback on the concession of its municipal lottery service.

The proposal includes authorization for various lottery modalities, such as:

  • Specific forecast lotteries
  • Numerical forecast lotteries
  • Sports forecast lotteries
  • Passive lotteries
  • Instant lotteries
  • Fixed-odds betting

📅 Public Consultation open until July 28, 2025, via the City Hall’s official website.
📩 Submissions must be sent via the official Excel contribution template to: sgmparcerias@prefeitura.sp.gov.br, with the subject: “[LOTERIAS] Public Consultation”.
🗓️ Virtual Public Hearing: scheduled for July 15, 2025 at 3:00 PM via videoconference. Registration is available through the official website.
