Caixa: +Milionária Moves Lottery Draws to Wednesdays and Fridays

Effective from 30 October 2026, the lottery holds its draws on Wednesdays and Fridays, beginning at 9:00 pm at Espaço da Sorte in São Paulo.
The update removes the Sunday draw and introduces a revised weekly schedule without changing the game’s rules, ticket prices or prize structure.
Two Weekly Draws
Under the updated arrangements, +Milionária continues to hold two draws per week, with a revised distribution across the calendar.
The new schedule is:
- Wednesday: draw at 9:00 pm.
- Friday: draw at 9:00 pm.
- Sunday: no further +Milionária draws.
The revised schedule came into effect on Friday, 30 October.
The change reorganises the lottery’s calendar while preserving two weekly opportunities to participate.
Draws Remain at Espaço da Sorte
The draws will continue taking place at Espaço da Sorte in São Paulo, the venue used by Caixa for official lottery draws.
The organisation confirmed that both weekly draws will be broadcast live through its official YouTube channel.
Participants will therefore be able to follow the proceedings and view the results in real time.
The modification concerns the days of the draws rather than their venue or starting time.
Betting Closes at 8:00 pm
Caixa has also confirmed the deadlines for placing bets.
Players will be able to submit entries until 8:00 pm on the day of each draw.
This deadline applies to both Wednesday and Friday draws.

Online Lottery Pools Have a Different Deadline
Collective lottery entries, known in Brazil as bolões, will also follow the updated schedule.
For lottery pools purchased through the online channel, sales will close 15 minutes before the draw, at 8:45 pm.
This system allows groups of participants to purchase shares in a collective lottery entry.
Customers should take account of the different deadline compared with the general closing time for individual bets.
Rules and Prizes Remain Unchanged
Caixa Loterias confirmed that the schedule update will not affect the operation of +Milionária.
The following elements remain unchanged:

- Betting prices.
- Prize-winning probabilities.
- Prize categories.

Participants will therefore be able to continue playing under the existing conditions.
The only announced modification concerns the weekly draw schedule.
