In her new role, she will focus on driving the group’s organic growth, improving commercial performance and consolidating customer-centric, data-driven initiatives.

With over 20 years of experience in e-commerce and technology, Rita has developed a career leading growth strategies and marketplaces at companies such as PicPay — where she headed PicPay Shop — as well as holding positions at Mosaico (Buscapé), Zoom, Passei Direto and Match.com. Recognised for her data-driven business approach, she brings acquisition, retention and engagement strategies that have generated exponential results in high-traffic digital companies.
