Fast Track AI Enables Direct Collaboration Between AI Agents
Malta.- 1 October 2026 | www.zonadeazar.com Fast Track has introduced agent-to-agent support for Fast Track AI, enabling its artificial intelligence capabilities to communicate and collaborate directly with other agents used across an iGaming operator’s organisation.
The company believes the next stage of enterprise AI will be built around ecosystems of specialised agents working together across different systems and teams.
Intelligence Beyond CRM
Fast Track already uses AI and data science across CRM, engagement, gamification, player behaviour analysis and decision-making.
With the new functionality, that intelligence can now be accessed directly by agents operating outside the Fast Track interface.
Agent-to-Agent Communication
An agent working elsewhere in the business can request relevant information or context about a player from Fast Track AI.
The platform interprets the request, applies its specialist knowledge and returns the appropriate context or action within the operator’s established controls.
No Need to Understand the Platform
A central objective is to prevent every new agent from needing to understand the technical structure of Fast Track’s ecosystem.
Other systems can work with Fast Track AI as a specialist agent without needing direct knowledge of:
- Internal data structures.
- Specific APIs.
- Proprietary tools.
- Internal workflows.
- Platform operating logic.
Beyond MCP
Fast Track says the approach goes further than simply exposing tools through MCP.
In a conventional tool-based implementation, the external agent still needs to understand when each tool should be used and how they should be combined.
With agent-to-agent support, that expertise remains inside Fast Track AI.
Operator Governance
Agent collaboration also operates within controls defined by each operator.
Fast Track AI can work under existing governance rules, permissions, workflows and operational constraints.
The aim is to increase automation without removing operator control.
Real-Time Data
The platform works with real-time player information.
Each interaction, session and behavioural signal can form part of the context used when responding to queries and supporting decisions made by other agents.
Player Risk and Value
Fast Track’s intelligence extends beyond traditional CRM.
Its platform includes capabilities related to:
- Engagement.
- Gamification.
- Gambling risk.
- Player value.
- Real-time behaviour.
- AI-driven decision-making.
Products including Greco and True Value contribute to this broader intelligence layer.
Statements
Fast Track co-founder and CEO Simon Lidzén said organisations are moving towards a world where people and agents work together.
He said it is not scalable to expect one agent to understand the internal workings of every system it needs to interact with.
Agentic Ecosystem
Fast Track wants its AI to operate as a specialist within organisations using multiple agents.
Each agent can focus on a specific area while consulting other specialist systems when additional knowledge is required.
The model is designed to reduce complexity while increasing operational autonomy.
Industry Context
The adoption of agentic AI is beginning to change how operators and technology providers structure internal processes.
The focus is moving beyond automating individual tasks towards allowing different systems to collaborate and participate directly in decision-making workflows.
Next Steps or Impact
Fast Track will continue expanding the role of its AI beyond traditional CRM execution.
Agent-to-agent support will allow player intelligence to connect more directly with other systems used by operators and support increasingly autonomous workflows.
The company aims to position Fast Track AI as a specialist intelligence layer within future iGaming agent ecosystems.
