Fellipe Fraga: Artificial Intelligence, Hyper-Personalization, and New Experiences

In the chapter The Long-Term View: Industry Voices, dedicated to the perspectives of international leaders on the future of the sector, Fellipe Eduardo Fraga, Chief Business Officer at Stellar Gaming, shares his vision on the transformations that could redefine iGaming over the coming decades.

Fraga anticipates significant progress toward hyper-personalized entertainment experiences, in which players will take on an increasingly central role and content will be tailored to their preferences, expectations, and consumption habits.

According to the executive, artificial intelligence will be one of the main drivers of this transformation, though he emphasizes that greater personalization must be accompanied by increasingly sophisticated mechanisms for responsible gaming and player protection.

Taking a long-term view, Fraga also highlights the potential of wearable devices and other connected technologies, which could gradually reduce dependence on smartphones and open up new possibilities for immersive experiences in sports betting and online casinos.

In this regard, he believes that, over the next 10 to 20 years, the most significant transformation may not be related solely to what users bet on, but rather to how and where they interact with gaming products.

Finally, Fraga emphasizes that one of the main challenges for the industry will be maintaining flexibility and the ability to adapt in the face of technological advances, changes in consumer behavior, and the evolution of society.

His contribution to the SOFTSWISS report provides a long-term perspective to a study that aims to help the industry anticipate changes, identify opportunities, and develop sustainable strategies in an increasingly competitive and regulated environment.
