Cost Savings and U.S. Market Expansion

The deal extends Flutter’s strategic partnership with Boyd until 2038, reducing market access costs in states where FanDuel operates via Boyd, delivering annual savings of $65 million from July 2025.

The acquisition strengthens Flutter’s U.S. dominance:
