Optimove Advances Operations in Brazil with Local Company Formation

Optimove, the leading marketing CRM platform for iGaming and sports betting operators, has officially incorporated in Brazil, marking a new chapter in its history in the country. Since June of this year, the company has been operating with a registered CNPJ (Corporate Taxpayer ID) under the legal name Optimove Brasil Marketing Platform LTDA.

The company already has a solid international operating base, with units established in countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Colombia, and Israel. The formalization of its legal presence in Brazil reinforces Optimove’s operations in the country, where it has been active for over five years, in addition to streamlining processes and expanding business opportunities with local operators and partners.

Another important highlight is the direct benefit for Brazilian customers. With the contract signed by Optimove Brasil, software import taxes, which on average increase the cost of this type of service by up to 50%, will no longer apply. The change makes partnerships more accessible, efficient, and aligned with the local reality.
