São Paulo Calls Betting Firms to Establish SINDIBETS/SP

Assembly to Create São Paulo Betting Operators Union

 Brazil.-  www.zonadeazar.com | July 15, 2025  On July 31, 2025, at 4:00 PM, São Paulo will host the founding assembly of the São Paulo State Sports Betting and Online Gaming Operators Union (SINDIBETS/SP). Companies with headquarters or operations in the state can join in person or via Google Meet.

SINDIBETS/SP Assembly Agenda

The assembly will cover the formal creation of the union, approval of its bylaws, election of the first Board and Fiscal Council, and procedures for registration with the Ministry of Labor and Civil Registry.

Participation Requirements

Eligible participants include sports betting and online gaming companies operating in São Paulo, represented by partners, directors, or legal representatives, with:

  • Official ID with photo and CPF
  • Company articles and CNPJ
  • Notarized power of attorney
  • Proof of company affiliation

The event will take place at Rua Dr. Guilherme Bennitz, 126, Itaim Bibi, São Paulo, and via Google Meet for online attendees.
