SOFTSWISS Sportsbook Redesigns Mobile Layout to Improve Conversion
Malta.- 30 September 2026 | www.zonadeazar.com SOFTSWISS Sportsbook has released a redesigned mobile layout aimed at making betting content easier to discover, simplifying navigation across events and markets and reducing the number of interactions required to build bets.
The update reflects the growing importance of mobile within sportsbook operations and is being showcased at SBC Summit Lisbon 2026.
Mobile as the Main Channel
Across operators using SOFTSWISS Sportsbook, mobile devices currently generate 94% of GGR and 89% of turnover.
The company believes reducing friction across the mobile journey can directly support conversion, engagement and commercial performance.
Horizontal Carousels
One of the main additions is a system of dynamic horizontal carousels for Live, Prematch and Top Leagues.
The feature reduces vertical scrolling and allows customers to reach highlighted events and betting content more quickly.
Unified Filtering
The redesigned layout also introduces unified filtering.
When a player applies a filter to a league or event, all relevant sections update automatically.
This reduces repetitive manual adjustments and simplifies navigation.
Faster Bet Building
The new “Show top markets” feature brings popular betting markets together in one place.
It is designed to help players identify relevant selections with fewer interactions and build accumulator bets more efficiently.
Greater Operator Control
Operators can manage the layout directly through the SOFTSWISS CMS.
They can:
- Activate the redesigned layout.
- Configure individual sections.
- Manage carousel content.
- Adjust presentation.
- Revert to the previous version.
The process requires no additional development resources and can be completed without integration downtime.
Statements
Alexander Kamenetskyi, Head of Operations at SOFTSWISS Sportsbook, said mobile is where operators increasingly turn traffic into GGR.
He said the update makes it easier for players to discover content, filter events and review markets while giving operators greater control over the mobile experience.
SBC Summit Lisbon
The redesigned layout is being showcased at SBC Summit Lisbon from 29 September to 1 October.
SOFTSWISS is presenting the solution at stand C422, where operators can see the interface in action and discuss activation through the CMS.
Prediction Markets on the Agenda
The company is also using the event to highlight its Prediction Markets product.
Anton Lishchuk, Prediction Markets Commercial Strategist at SOFTSWISS Sportsbook, will participate in a dedicated panel and deliver a keynote during the Prediction Markets Forum.
Industry Context
Mobile user experience has become one of the key competitive areas within online sports betting.
Speed, content discovery, personalisation and fewer interactions are increasingly important for converting traffic into betting activity.
Sportsbook suppliers are therefore investing in interfaces that improve both player journeys and operator control.
Next Steps or Impact
The update gives SOFTSWISS operators greater flexibility to improve their mobile product without additional development work.
The company expects faster discovery and simplified navigation to support conversion and GGR while allowing brands to adapt the sportsbook experience to their audiences.
SBC Summit Lisbon serves as the first major international showcase for the redesigned interface.
