Zona de Azar Brasil – Brazil: EstrelaBet and R10 Score Vasco Gama Deliver 250 Christmas Baskets

Brazil, December 20, 2024 – www.zonadeazar.com Fulfilling the goal of providing a happier Christmas for the community, EstrelaBet, in partnership with R10 Score Vasco da Gama, the basketball team of the “Gigante da Colina,” completed the second edition of the campaign “Bet on Good: Every Basket Counts!” The project organized the donation of a basic food basket for every basket scored by the Cruzmaltino team during six NBB Caixa 24/25 games.

The delivery took place this Wednesday (18th) at the club’s gymnasium, with the presence of team athletes, the coaching staff, and residents from the Barreira, Tuiuti, Arará, and Café communities – all located near the team’s headquarters – as well as families participating in social projects supported by the Club de Regatas Vasco da Gama.

“We know the transformative power of sports and, in partnership with R10 Score Vasco da Gama, we aim to encourage more charitable initiatives, while bringing joy and solidarity to families who support and cheer for the club. In 2024, we managed to surpass last year’s donation numbers, impacting even more people, thanks to the team’s excellent performance,” emphasized Renan Cavalcanti, Chief Marketing Manager (CMO) of EstrelaBet.

The 2024 campaign accounted for the matches against Botafogo (11/15), Corinthians (11/17), Paulistano (12/04), São Paulo (12/06), Minas (12/09), and Brasília (12/12). Across these games, the Cruzmaltino team scored 243 baskets; however, EstrelaBet and R10 Score Vasco da Gama decided to donate 250 baskets.

“Vasco is a club connected to important social causes. When a sponsor embraces our causes, it’s even more rewarding to have a partner like that. Last year was already a success, and this year, we are thrilled to expand the reach to even more people,” stated Raphael Pulga, Vice President of History and Social Responsibility of the Club de Regatas Vasco da Gama.
