Uruguay’s Casino Authority Launches Two National Turf Tournaments

Horse racing push: SINT promotes local track events across the country

Uruguay.- July 23th 2025 www.zonadeazar.com Uruguay’s General Directorate of State Casinos unveiled the Interior Racetracks Tournament and the King of the Straight Tournament, both part of the National Integrated Turf System (SINT). Qualifiers will take place from November to December at five racetracks, with finals set for December 20 in Las Piedras. Prize pools exceed USD 5,200 for the regional category and USD 3,700 for the main level. The initiative aims to strengthen national turf racing and spotlight new talents.
