Italy.- June 22, 2023 www.zonadeazar.com Online lottery platform Lotto.com has implemented new technology to lessen its environmental impact.

The technology substitutes paper lottery play slips with digital QR codes, with the goal of providing clients across the country with a digitised lottery experience.

Additionally, the company has saved over 5 million paper play slips since its debut in 2022.

Lotto.com is an online store where customers can buy draw-based and scratch lottery tickets on any device without having to download an app or make a deposit.

It also helps raise money for causes including state-sponsored charities, education and causes by bringing in customers.

IGT recently signed an eight-year contract with the Connecticut Lottery Corporation (CLC) for the deployment of its iLottery gaming platform and associated components.

The CLC will be able to sell keno and draw-based lottery games for the first time using IGT’s new website and mobile app.IGT is the primary technology supplier for 25 American lotteries.

The deal has four-year renewal options and a predicted expiration date of May 2031. It is expected that the iLottery gaming platform will launch in the autumn of 2023.

Furthermore, IGT also agreed to a 10-year contract with National Lottery PLC, the newly elected operator of the national lottery in Malta, and a second agreement is expected to extend until 2032.
