iGB L!VE London: Exclusive Interview with Olga Ivanchik, COO Slotegrator

In this exclusive Spoiler Alert interview with Zona de Azar ahead of iGB L!VE London 2026, Ivanchik shares her vision for the future of Slotegrator, discusses the industry’s most important trends, and explains how the company is helping operators launch faster, scale more efficiently, and capitalize on emerging opportunities across global markets.

  • Slotegrator recently underwent a rebranding process. What does this new identity represent, and how does it reflect the company’s vision for the future of iGaming?

The rebrand was a natural next step in our evolution. It was never just about changing our visual identity, but about aligning our brand with the company Slotegrator has become – one with a broader product portfolio, deeper expertise, and a stronger position in the industry than when we started. More importantly, it reflects our belief that growth requires constant adaptation, and that companies must evolve with the markets, technologies, and clients they serve.

  • As the new COO, what are the key priorities you have set for Slotegrator over the next 12 months?

Our priorities lie in two main areas – developing our product portfolio and expanding our presence in new markets. We’ve already come a long way, but things move fast in this industry, and we intend to not just keep up, but get ahead. We are working hard to refine our platform in terms of scalability, automation, and overall operator experience. We also see many opportunities in markets in Europe, Asia, LatAm, and Africa as demand for technological partners increases.

  • The market is increasingly demanding faster launches and greater flexibility. How is Slotegrator’s Turnkey platform evolving to help operators meet these expectations?

That’s true, speed and flexibility are more important than ever before. That’s why we’re always making our solutions faster and more adaptable without requiring large technical teams or sacrificing quality. Casino Builder is a prime example of our product philosophy. It lets operators customize their platforms’ frontend using preset templates, as well as building separate lobbies and splitting traffic to conduct A/B testing, among other things. We are also driving automation throughout the platform to reduce operational complexity and make it easier to adapt to changing market conditions. Our goal is to help operators launch as quickly as possible while still retaining the flexibility to adapt to changing situations on the ground.

  • Prediction Markets have become one of the hottest topics in the gaming industry. What inspired Slotegrator to develop Predictor, and what opportunities do you see for operators adopting this solution?

Predictor was inspired by a clear gap in the market. While prediction markets have gained plenty of attention, there are still very few solutions like this available today, and even fewer for players who don’t just want a fixed-odds event betting experience. We wanted to give operators the chance to offer their players a real prediction market experience. Predictor uses a P2P exchange model with an AMM algorithm  to provide dynamic pricing. This creates a more flexible and engaging trading environment and reduces operators’ exposure to sudden short-term losses. We believe it introduces an entirely new category with significant long-term growth potential.

  • Many industry stakeholders are looking for new revenue streams beyond traditional casino and sportsbook products. How do Prediction Markets fit into this evolution?

Prediction markets are actually a perfect complement to an existing platform. Operators are always looking for new revenue streams and ways to increase engagement and diversify their product offering; prediction markets provide exactly that. They target users who enjoy analyzing events and making predictions but may want something beyond conventional betting. Predictor can help operators retain players who might otherwise lose interest in traditional sportsbook products and appeal to new audiences seeking a wider, more diverse betting offer.

  • iGB L!VE brings together operators, affiliates, suppliers, and innovators from all over the world. What conversations do you expect to dominate this year’s event?

I see three major themes taking center stage this year. The first is prediction markets, which are quickly becoming a serious business opportunity. The second is launch efficiency – operators are looking for faster, more flexible ways to enter markets and adapt to changing conditions. Third are emerging markets, particularly in segments where regulation and digital adoption provide new opportunities. Adaptability will be the common thread in all of these conversations, as well as how to grow sustainably in an increasingly competitive environment.

  • Slotegrator has built a strong presence across Europe, Latin America, Africa, and Asia. Which regions are generating the most exciting growth opportunities today?

Central Asia and Latin America are seeing particularly strong momentum. These markets are still developing, with digital adoption speeding up and local operators needing scalable, flexible technology solutions. Peru and Argentina stand out thanks to growing player demand and evolving regulatory environments that create new opportunities for expansion. These regions are especially exciting because of the increasing professionalism of operators who are interested in creating sustainable, competitive businesses with broad product offerings.

  • What innovations or announcements should visitors expect from Slotegrator at iGB L!VE London 2026?

Of course, visitors to stand S44 will see demos of our prediction market solution, Predictor by Slotegrator. But more than that, they’ll also get a chance to see our newest turnkey solution, One-Click Casino, which uses presets to cut the launch timeline for a new project to five business days, depending on client readiness. Aside from the new products, we’ll showcase automation tools that enable smarter decision-making and more confident business growth.
