DigiPlus Reports PHP8.9 Billion in Net Income
During the first nine months of 2026, DigiPlus generated net income of PHP8.9 billion.
The figure includes fair value gains associated with convertible bonds issued by International Entertainment Corporation (IEC).
Nine-month EBITDA reached PHP8.3 billion, while third-quarter EBITDA stood at approximately PHP2.9 billion.
Although operating performance improved compared with the second quarter, the company’s financial results remain affected by regulatory developments and economic conditions in the Philippines.
Net Gaming Revenue Declines 17%
Between January and September, net gaming revenue after tax (NGR after tax) decreased by 17% year-on-year, reaching PHP16.2 billion (US$255 million).

EBITDA Margin Expands by Four Percentage Points
One of the most significant improvements concerned operating cost management.

Quarterly EBITDA increased by 0.3% compared with the preceding three months.

The company plans to extend the content to ArenaPlus and GameZone.
The initiative aims to connect with local audiences through products inspired by familiar cultural themes.
Cash Position Increases 11%
At the end of the third quarter, DigiPlus reported PHP11.7 billion (US$184 million) in cash and cash equivalents.
This represented an 11% increase compared with the previous quarter.
The company believes its liquidity provides financial flexibility to support technology development, new products and potential expansion opportunities.
During the first nine months, DigiPlus also paid PHP13.9 billion in taxes and regulatory fees.
These payments reflect the company’s contribution to public revenue in the Philippines.
Industry Impact and Next Steps
DigiPlus’ results highlight a strategy focused on strengthening profitability through cost optimisation and growing digital engagement.
