Flutter Appoints Dan Taylor as New Group CEO

The transition will take effect on 1 October 2026, one day after Jackson formally steps down from his executive position and the company’s board.

News Details

Peter Jackson will conclude his tenure as Group CEO on 30 September 2026 but will remain an adviser to the business until the end of the year to support an orderly transition.

Taylor will assume the Group CEO position and join Flutter’s board of directors on 1 October.

He currently serves as President of Flutter Entertainment and Chief Executive Officer of Flutter International. Taylor was appointed Group President in May 2026 while retaining responsibility for the international division.

Industry Context

Flutter International generated more than USD 9 billion in revenue and over USD 2.2 billion in adjusted EBITDA during 2025.

The division comprises operations across several regions and manages sports betting, online casino and poker brands within regulated international markets.

Taylor has also contributed to Flutter’s sportsbook improvement plan and several commercial initiatives intended to sustain the group’s global growth.

The leadership change was announced ahead of the company’s second-quarter 2026 financial results.
