Playson Appoints Denys Koshel as VP of Commercial Partnerships

The role brings account management and emerging markets leadership into a single strategic function, reporting directly to Chief Commercial Officer Ben Wood.

Koshel has spent almost 11 years with Playson and most recently served as Head of Emerging Markets.
During his time with the supplier, he has held several commercially focused roles, including Commercial Analytics Lead, while also working closely on integration initiatives.
The new structure is intended to provide Playson’s partners with more consistent, data-led and responsive commercial support.
Priorities include clearer communication with operators, faster decision-making, stronger campaign coordination and more targeted commercial recommendations.
Industry Context
The creation of the role forms part of the continued evolution of Playson’s commercial organisation and is designed to bring its account-management, analytics and market-development capabilities closer together.
The supplier intends to build a service model combining market expertise, data, artificial intelligence, promotional planning and operational discipline.
Playson will also use AI adoption and automation to optimise internal processes and improve the efficiency of the support provided to its international operator network.
