Sands China Earns Great Place To Work Certification

The company has become the first integrated tourism and leisure enterprise in the Greater China region to receive the recognition.

The certification was based on anonymous employee feedback collected through the Trust Index Survey and an assessment of the company’s workplace culture and management practices.
A total of 96% of surveyed team members agreed that Sands China is a great place to work.
The company also achieved an average score of 92% across five principal categories: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.
The recognition reflects the perception of a workforce comprising approximately 28,000 employees and the development of a people-centred corporate culture.
Industry Context
Sands China is Macau’s largest private employer and operates programmes intended to attract, train and retain local talent.
Through the eight specialised divisions of Sands China Academy, employees receive professional training across a broad range of disciplines. Cumulative training hours exceeded 22.6 million by the end of 2025.
The company also provides family-friendly policies, artificial intelligence-powered health-monitoring tools and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
These measures include the creation of employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
The certification complements the Top Employer recognition Sands China has received for two consecutive years since 2025.

By the end of 2026, nearly 15,000 employees are expected to have completed at least ten years of service with the company.
