If he does indeed take action for América, Romário will accumulate the role of player and president, since he assumed command of the team on January 6 of this year. In addition, the star of the 1994 World Cup is a senator of the Republic.
The A2 Series of the Carioca Championship will be played starting May 18 and will have the participation of 12 teams. The champion guarantees classification to the first division of the 2025 edition of the Carioca Championship.
