Spoiler Alert Exclusive Interview: Olga Ivanchik, COO of Slotegrator
Czech Republic.- September 24 2026 www.zonadeazar.com Slotegrator is entering a new chapter — and Olga Ivanchik has had a front-row seat in shaping it. As she approaches her first full year as COO of Slotegrator, a business solution supplier and software aggregator for the iGaming industry offering a turnkey online casino solution, the company is pairing a renewed brand identity with an increasingly ambitious technology roadmap: faster casino launches, AI-powered anti-fraud and business intelligence tools, greater frontend autonomy through Casino Builder, and a push into prediction markets with Predictor.
In this exclusive Spoiler Alert interview with Zona de Azar, Ivanchik reflects on the internal transformation behind that evolution, explains why personalization and operator control are becoming critical competitive advantages, and explores the potential of P2P prediction markets as a new engagement model. And while she remains deliberately discreet about what comes next, one thing is clear: Slotegrator has bigger moves already in the works.
You are approaching your first full year as COO of Slotegrator. Looking back, which decisions or challenges have shaped your leadership the most, and what has surprised you about the role?
The biggest challenge was revamping our internal processes to optimize the talent we already had. Streamlining communication between departments, establishing clear lines of sharing information, and setting reporting procedures was a big job, but it was very worth doing. In the process, I’d say what surprised me most was the high quality of the talent that was already here — when you meet the people who really make things happen, and see how passionate and talented they are, it really motivates you to make things happen.
When you stepped into the COO role, you spoke about expanding the product portfolio and entering new markets. Where have you seen the most meaningful progress so far, and how have your priorities evolved since then?
We’ve seen tremendous progress in two main areas: in our platform solution, and in Predictor, our prediction market engine. The advances in the platform, especially the AI anti-fraud and business intelligence modules and the Casino Builder frontend customization modules, really are something to be proud of. And, of course, launching Predictor was a real achievement — a real prediction market engine, with P2P mechanics, and not just a sportsbook model.
Our priorities as a company stay the same. We’re going to continue providing the industry’s best technological and business solutions, and keep raising the bar.
Slotegrator’s 2026 rebrand was designed to reflect a company entering a new stage of growth. Several months later, how has the new identity influenced the way clients, partners, and the industry perceive Slotegrator?
The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. We’ve heard many times that our new brand identity matches the company our partners have been dealing with for a while; that our appearance finally matches what’s inside. Overall, the newer, sleeker identity is fitting for a company that produces such high-quality solutions and unites professionals with such high levels of expertise.
Operators increasingly want speed without sacrificing control or differentiation. How does Slotegrator’s turnkey platform balance fast market entry with the flexibility operators need to build a distinctive casino brand?
That’s right, it’s a delicate balancing act, with functionality, flexibility, and speed all requiring equal attention. We’re certainly proud of our launch times, which can be as short as two weeks, but we also want operators to be empowered to adjust their front end as they see fit.
That’s why our platform has the full functionality you’d expect from a turnkey solution — and then some — as well as presets and templates that operators can adjust with just a few clicks. This way, they can launch quickly, with a fully customized frontend that can adapt to business realities in real time.
Casino Builder allows operators to design and manage their frontend without relying on a development team. In practical terms, how does that change the launch and day-to-day operating experience for a casino business?
The simple answer is that it makes it much faster. Instead of having to submit a ticket and wait days, weeks, or even months, you make the changes you want immediately.
This has some serious implications for how operators run their business. First, it streamlines the process of planning, launching, and running marketing campaigns such as seasonal or themed promotions.
But it also lets you refine your UX in the long term, and find the exact lobby layout that your players respond to. Casino Builder lets operators build multiple lobbies, split traffic, and carry out A/B testing, so that they can determine the frontend configuration that best aligns with player retention.
Prediction markets are moving rapidly from a niche concept toward a broader engagement format. What do you believe makes them especially relevant to iGaming operators right now?
It’s a perfect storm. The technology has developed to the point where you can run prediction markets at scale, and in several areas, there are favorable regulatory developments, providing a level of stability.
But most importantly, they really capture the zeitgeist. They provide players the opportunity to voice their opinion on all kinds of events, and moreover, the P2P mechanic really appeals to players coming from a trading background, or those who feel that sportsbook pricing is unfair.
Predictor by Slotegrator uses a market-driven model in which users interact around event outcomes rather than betting against the house. Beyond the novelty, where do you see its strongest potential for engagement, monetization, and product diversification?
If an operator knows their audience, a prediction market can be its own retention tool. As long as there are clear terms and a clear source of truth for event resolution, you can create an immersive betting ecosystem with contract opportunities on everything that your audience is interested in. The fact that they can keep checking the pricing after they’ve bought the contract practically ensures retention.
Slotegrator has recently pushed faster-launch solutions, automation, AI-supported tools, and new engagement mechanics. Which technology or operator need do you think will have the biggest impact on the company’s roadmap over the next year?
We are highly focused on helping operators launch quickly and provide highly personalized player experiences. By offering such potent technological solutions, and acting as a reliable business partner, we free our partners up to focus on brand differentiation, which is key to longevity. That commitment will continue to guide oru roadmap.
And finally, this is Spoiler Alert: what can you reveal about Slotegrator’s next chapter? Are there new products, markets, partnerships, or strategic moves we should be watching for?
At the moment, I can’t say too much. But we do have some very big plans we’re working on, so keep your eye on us!
