With a clear vision of constant evolution, in-depth data analysis, and a well-defined expansion strategy, the company led by Sebastián Perrier seeks to remain at the forefront of a constantly changing market.

In this video interview, Sebastián Perrier shares how they combine the tradition of bingo with new technologies and mechanics designed to enhance the gaming experience and adapt to diverse audiences, among many other relevant topics.

My name is Sebastián Perrier, I am the founder and director of Neko Games. Zona de Azar has been a very important company for us since we started out as a small business until now, when we are perhaps a little more relevant.

I would like to give a special shout-out to Maia, who always supports us, so thank you very much for everything and greetings to your community.

1) How does Neko Games plan to evolve the Instant Bingo category in the coming years, maintaining innovation and accessibility and adapting the product to the demands of new markets?

At Neko Games, we develop instant bingo games, and the way we innovate in a sector that has existed for many years and is very traditional is by studying the features or functionalities of games in other categories, such as slots, and bringing them to the world of Instant Bingo.

This is proving that players are enthusiastic and that traditional bingo players are also adapting to new features that are very attractive and fun for them.

2) What new features or innovations in Instant Bingo mechanics are you considering implementing to improve long-term player retention and maximize user value?

Instant Bingo has two very different game phases. The first phase is the initial launch of the bingo balls, in which four bingo cards are drawn, and it is very easy to play, especially for player acquisition.

For player retention, there is the second phase of instant bingo, in which we offer players the possibility of purchasing additional bingo balls to win other prizes.

In this section, we achieve very good player retention, above 20% retention after 200 rounds, which is very strong.

And what we also do there is not only offer the possibility of buying those balls, but also give them bonuses and other features, such as Link and Win, so that players have a more enjoyable experience.

3) How do you use player data and feedback to adapt your products, and what changes do you plan to introduce to ensure that your games remain relevant in a competitive environment?

We analyze the statistics and performance of each of our games in great detail so that we can create future games with player preferences in mind and tailor them to their needs.

For example, we know very well how many players buy an extra ball, how many of those who buy the first extra ball buy the second, how many of them receive a bonus or not, and based on those statistics, we try to improve our games and also localize them.

A very important part is that the statistics we see for a player in Brazil are not the same as for a player in Argentina or Spain.

That’s why we also try to make those adjustments and carefully analyze the numbers for each game based on the characteristics of the player and their location.

4) With your global expansion and presence in key markets such as Brazil and Mexico, what specific strategies are you considering to strengthen your position in these markets and explore new opportunities in other territories?

In order to make ourselves known and so that players around the world can enjoy our games, we pay close attention to working with operators in each country.

We try to build a direct relationship with each of them, explain why we create the games and what the advantages of each one are, and little by little we make ourselves known, so that operators can present our games in a prominent or interesting way to their audience in each country.

5) What role will emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence or augmented reality, play in the future of your games and how are you integrating them into your long-term development strategies?

Emerging technologies, and especially artificial intelligence, are not something of the future, but a reality, and we have been using them at Neko since they became available, especially in game production and development processes.

That’s why, when it comes to animation, we try to draw inspiration and look for examples that artificial intelligence can provide to improve our animations, graphics, and even music.

We incorporate many new technologies into our development process with the aim of offering a better product and service to our users.
