Nogueira brings over 20 years of experience in various companies, including Mercado Bitcoin, Dattos, Estadão, Alelo, Vivo, and Santander, with a “solid track record in corporate environments of diverse profiles.” She will report directly to João Gerçossimo, CEO of EstrelaBet.

This new hire is part of the company’s strategy to consolidate its people management area, with a focus on strengthening organizational culture and talent development during a period of rapid growth in the regulated market.
