Flutter Leaves London Stock Exchange and Focuses on Wall Street

Dublin / New York.- June 14, 2026 www.zonadeazar.com  Flutter Entertainment, the world’s largest online betting group and owner of brands including FanDuel, Betfair, PokerStars, Paddy Power, Sky Betting & Gaming and Sportsbet, has announced its decision to delist its ordinary shares from the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and maintain an exclusive listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).

The company stated that the final day of trading on the LSE will be July 31, 2026, with the official delisting expected to take effect on August 3. The decision follows a strategic review initiated during the presentation of its first-quarter 2026 results.

According to Flutter, trading volumes in London have declined significantly since the company moved its primary listing to New York in 2024. The group also noted that maintaining a dual listing entails additional regulatory and administrative costs that are no longer justified by the level of activity in the UK market.

The move further reinforces the growing importance of the United States within Flutter’s global strategy. FanDuel, the company’s leading US brand, remains one of its most valuable assets and a key driver of growth across North America.

Industry analysts view the decision as another challenge for the London Stock Exchange, which has seen several international companies shift their primary listings to the United States in search of greater liquidity, stronger valuations and broader institutional investor participation.

Flutter closed 2025 with revenues exceeding USD 16 billion and continues to hold a dominant position in the global sports betting and online gaming industry, strengthening its status as one of the most influential companies in the sector.
