St8 Reports 91% Growth in Agentic AI Assistant Usage

United Kingdom.- 28 October 2026 | www.zonadeazar.com St8, a casino content aggregation and technology provider, has announced a 91% increase in weekly usage of its Model Context Protocol (MCP) artificial intelligence assistant during its first three months of operation.

Between 19 July and 11 October 2026, the technology processed 10,358 queries and actions, highlighting the growing adoption of agentic AI solutions within iGaming operators’ internal workflows.

The results, published on 26 October, demonstrate how businesses are increasingly integrating intelligent assistants into everyday management, analysis and monitoring processes.

More Than 10,000 Queries in Three Months

St8’s figures come from a focus group of operator partners involved in the early implementation of the technology.

Key indicators include:

  • Queries and actions processed: 10,358.
  • Measurement period: 19 July to 11 October 2026.
  • Weekly usage growth: 91%.
  • Opening week: 490 queries.
  • Week commencing 11 October: 935 queries.

These figures demonstrate increasing engagement among participating operators.

However, the results relate to a specific focus group and do not necessarily represent adoption trends across the entire iGaming industry.

Usage Increases by 128% Over Two Months

Growth is also evident over more recent measurement periods.

Between the weeks commencing 16 August and 4 October, weekly query volumes increased from 426 to 972, representing a 128% rise.

The figures suggest a shift from initial testing towards the routine use of AI tools in administrative and operational activities.

St8 believes this trend demonstrates growing operator interest in technologies capable of simplifying internal workflows.

How MCP Technology Works

Model Context Protocol is an open standard designed to connect artificial intelligence assistants with external tools, systems and data sources.

St8’s implementation enables users to interact with its casino aggregation platform through natural-language instructions.

Employees can therefore retrieve information and perform certain operations without manually navigating multiple dashboards.

The system is compatible with leading large language models, including ChatGPT and Gemini.

Agentic AI Applications in Online Casinos

The technology supports a range of activities associated with managing iGaming platforms.

Its main capabilities include:

  • Retrieving operational and financial reports.
  • Checking game configurations.
  • Accessing supplier and content information.
  • Reviewing game release calendars.
  • Analysing promotional performance.
  • Identifying and reporting operational issues.
  • Requesting information through natural-language instructions.

These functions are intended to improve access to operational data and reduce time spent on repetitive tasks.

Higher Activity During Working Days

The analysis also identified consistent patterns in daily usage.

Query volumes declined on Saturdays and Sundays before recovering on Mondays.

This behaviour suggests that operators are increasingly incorporating the assistant into regular back-office workflows.

The trend is significant because it indicates usage associated with genuine operational requirements rather than technological experimentation alone.

Platform Handles Peaks of 2,679 Queries

During August, St8 recorded a weekly peak of 2,679 queries, primarily associated with operators retrieving monthly reports and invoicing information.

During the final two weeks of the measurement period, the assistant handled an additional 1,907 queries.

According to the company, these activity levels did not cause any service disruptions.

The results provide information about the platform’s ability to handle periods of increased demand.

Statements From St8’s CEO

Vlad Negine, Chief Executive Officer of St8, highlighted the potential of artificial intelligence to improve operational efficiency.

“We launched our MCP integration to explore new ways AI could make day-to-day operations easier, giving operator partners a faster and simpler way to interact with the St8 platform,” he explained.

Negine also welcomed the achievement of surpassing 10,000 queries within the first few months and expressed confidence in the continued development of the technology.

Presentation at SBC Summit Lisbon

St8 publicly demonstrated its artificial intelligence assistant during SBC Summit Lisbon 2026, held between late September and early October.

Following the event, the company reported an increase of more than 50% in AI query activity compared with the week before the exhibition.

The increase relates to the same operator focus group and does not necessarily indicate an equivalent rise in the number of customers using the solution.

Security and iGaming Platform Integration

The assistant operates within St8’s existing permission hierarchy to control access to operational information.

This ensures that connected artificial intelligence tools can retrieve only the data and functions authorised for each user.

The solution forms part of the provider’s broader technology infrastructure, which offers access to more than 21,000 games from over 220 suppliers through a single API integration.

St8 also provides tools for promotions, regulatory compliance, reporting and content management.

Industry Impact and Next Steps

The results demonstrate growing integration of artificial intelligence into internal iGaming operations.

Assistants connected through MCP could help operators reduce manual tasks, accelerate information retrieval and improve data accessibility for decision-making.

However, an increase in query volumes does not, by itself, directly measure financial savings or productivity improvements.

St8’s reported 91% usage increase illustrates how agentic AI is progressing from experimentation towards routine applications in online casino administration.

The company intends to continue developing its technology to expand operational capabilities and provide additional tools for its commercial partners.
