ZEAL Network Raises 2026 Revenue Guidance Following SevenCanyon Deal

Germany.- 5 November 2026 | www.zonadeazar.com ZEAL Network, one of Germany’s leading online lottery providers, has raised its 2026 revenue guidance following the acquisition of SevenCanyon, a UK-based prize draw operator.

The group reported revenue of €198.8 million for the first nine months of 2026, representing year-on-year growth of 22%.

The consolidation of the British business, together with growth in German lottery and digital gaming operations, supports ZEAL’s international diversification strategy.

ZEAL Increases Its Revenue Forecast

Following the consolidation of SevenCanyon, ZEAL upgraded its financial outlook for 2026.

The revised guidance includes:

  • Full-year revenue: between €270 million and €280 million.
  • Previous forecast: between €250 million and €260 million.
  • Expected annual EBITDA: between €70 million and €75 million, unchanged.

The revision represents a €20 million increase at both ends of the projected revenue range.

ZEAL attributed the upgrade primarily to SevenCanyon’s contribution to its international operations.

SevenCanyon Supports Expansion into the UK

ZEAL entered the British prize draw market in July 2026 through the acquisition of SevenCanyon, for an initial consideration of £33.8 million.

The company operates brands including 7days Labs, Redline Competitions and UK Carp Competitions.

Its financial performance was consolidated into ZEAL’s results for the first time during the third quarter.

SevenCanyon contributed:

  • Revenue: €10.5 million.
  • EBITDA: €1.4 million.

Following the acquisition, revenue in ZEAL’s other businesses segment increased by 241% to €15.8 million.

Core Lottery Business Grows 16%

During the first nine months of 2026, the segment recorded:

  • Revenue: €170.8 million, up 16%.
  • Billings: €915.1 million, an increase of 10%.
  • Lottery gross margin: 18.3%.

Growth was achieved despite a relatively subdued Eurojackpot environment.

During the first nine months:

  • More than one million new lottery customers joined the platform, up 15%.
  • Average monthly active lottery customers reached 1.68 million.
  • The company exceeded one million new lottery customers in a nine-month period for the first time.

ZEAL believes these results demonstrate the effectiveness of its commercial strategy, even during periods of less attractive jackpots.

Instant Games Revenue Increases 18%

The ZEAL Instant Games division also delivered growth.

Between January and September, revenue increased by 18% to €12.1 million.

Billings rose by 17% to €160.3 million.

Monthly active users increased from 28,000 to 35,000, supported by the addition of new games and greater customer engagement.

The figures reflect the group’s expansion into products complementing traditional lottery services.

Dream House Raffle Expands the Portfolio

ZEAL continues developing alternative prize draw formats in Germany through its Dream House Raffle (Traumhausverlosung).

During the third quarter, the product maintained double-digit revenue growth.

Four houses were awarded during the first nine months of 2026, with average billings of approximately €9 million per draw.

The initiative forms part of ZEAL’s strategy to diversify into new entertainment and prize draw products.

Stefan Tweraser Highlights Diversification

Dr Stefan Tweraser, CEO of ZEAL Network, welcomed the progress made across the group’s business portfolio.

He explained that the company is broadening its revenue base through growth in state lotteries, digital games, charity lotteries and the newly acquired SevenCanyon operations.

The strategy also aims to reduce the group’s exposure to fluctuations in major lottery jackpot cycles.

Meanwhile, Andrea Behrendt, CFO of ZEAL, highlighted the acquisition of more than one million new lottery customers despite subdued Eurojackpot conditions.

Social Contributions and the UK Market

ZEAL reported that its activities contributed more than €300 million to public funding and charitable causes in Germany during the first nine months of 2026.

Meanwhile, the SevenCanyon acquisition provides opportunities in the growing UK prize draw market.

The UK Government estimates that the sector is worth approximately £1.3 billion annually.

British authorities have also introduced a voluntary code of practice for prize draw operators, focusing on consumer protection and transparency.

Industry Impact and Next Steps

ZEAL’s financial results demonstrate the group’s progress towards a business model extending beyond state lottery brokerage.

The integration of SevenCanyon, growth in instant games and the expansion of specialist prize draws are strengthening its presence in new market segments.

With nine-month revenue of €198.8 million, growth of 22% and full-year revenue guidance increased to as much as €280 million, ZEAL Network is consolidating its diversification and international expansion strategy.

The company will continue developing its operations in Germany and the United Kingdom, with particular emphasis on SevenCanyon’s integration and digital product growth.
