Florida Lottery Extends Three-Year Partnership with Scientific Games

The Florida Lottery has decided to extend its partnership with Scientific Games for an additional three years, maintaining its long-standing relationship as the exclusive or primary supplier of Florida Lottery Scratch-Offs, a role it has held since the Lottery first launched in 1988.
John Davis, Secretary of the Florida Lottery, commented, “Our mission is to maximize revenues to enhance public education in Florida, having contributed over $48 billion to this cause. Since 1997, we have supported more than one million Florida students with Bright Futures Scholarships.”
“By renewing our partnership with Scientific Games for our Scratch-Off games, we will continue to help make our students’ dreams of higher education a reality.”
Florida Lottery will also continue its work with the Scientific Games Enhanced Partnership program to drive sales and increase profits, which fund public education at Florida’s schools, colleges, universities, and the Bright Futures Scholarship Program.
In 1997, the Lottery expanded its collaboration with Scientific Games to a full partnership, incorporating its instant game management program.

Scientific Games was recertified for the World Lottery Association’s Responsible Gaming Framework Certificate of Alignment for its global operations and technology on March 13.
