The vote, which took place at the Gávea headquarters, had 123 votes in favor of the creation and 4 votes against.

With Flabet, the contract guarantees Flamengo a minimum profit of R$ 82.5 million until 2027. The creation of the betting house is guaranteed by an entry of R$ 10 million in 2024, R$ 22.5 million in 2025 and R$ 25 million in 2026 and 2027 each. However, there is a possibility that the club will receive even more money from the bookmaker.

In addition to the minimum amount that the club expects to receive, Flamengo can receive an even higher amount if 1% of the gross income is higher than the minimum guaranteed profit. The board sees the possibility of increasing their income at the betting house and hopes that the proposal will be voted on by the Deliberative Council in the next 10 days.

Flabet is licensed by the Flamengo brand

It should be noted that Flabet is not a new sponsorship of the club. Therefore, the betting site has no responsibility or obligation to bear losses.

Despite the creation of the betting site, Pixbet will remain the brand displayed on the main area of ​​the red and black uniform. Flamengo will receive R$ 543 million until the end of the contract with the betting house, which ends at the end of 2027.
