UK.- June 25, 2024 www.zonadeazar.com Genius Sports Limited, the official partner in data, technology, and commercial integration across the global sports, betting, and media landscape, has announced significant changes to its Board of Directors, effective from June 2024.

Kenneth J. Kay, former Chief Financial Officer at MGM Holdings, Inc., will assume the role of Chair of Genius Sports’ Board, overseeing operations and strategic direction.

Ken will succeed David Levy, currently co-CEO of Horizon Sports and Experiences and former President at Turner Broadcasting, Inc. David, a highly respected figure in the global sports industry, will transition to serve as a Strategic Advisor to Genius Sports.

Claire Valoti, Co-founder of Haylo Ventures and former Vice President, International at Snap, will join the Board as an Independent Director.
