The licenses were awarded to:
- Casino Puerto Santa Fe S.A. – bplay
- Casino de Rosario S.A. – City Center Online
- Hipódromo Argentino de Palermo S.A. and Correón S.A. – BetWarrior
- Slots Machines S.A. – Jugadón
These companies will have up to 180 days to launch operations in the regulated Santa Fe market.
💰 Revenue Share for the Province
Under the official resolution, the licensed operators will be required to pay a monthly fee equivalent to 15%–16% of betting profits, with funds managed by the Caja de Asistencia Social and allocated to social assistance programs throughout the province.
🛡️ Government Oversight and Regulation
As part of the regulatory framework, the Government of Santa Fe approved the catalog of sporting events eligible for betting and established permanent monitoring mechanisms for all betting platforms.
Provincial authorities will retain the power to modify authorized events, request additional information and revoke licenses, either partially or completely, in cases involving sports integrity concerns, security issues or regulatory changes.
