An Intense and Fun “Mateando” Day in 25 de Mayo

“Mateando con los abuelos” visited the senior citizens of the town of 25 de Mayo, with whom it organised a true celebration. Around 120 senior citizens gathered on Thursday afternoon at the Multipurpose Hall (SUM), where the guests enjoyed an afternoon snack and took part in two bingo draws.

Liliana Rosa and Valdir Schunke were the winners of a closely contested dance competition and were also elected the town’s spring king and queen. The afternoon was enlivened by the presence of the municipal senior citizens’ ballet “Tierra amiga”, led by Soledad Smaniotto, and the municipality’s newcom group.
