Zona de Azar Brazil – Brazil: Aposta Ganha and Bet365 Request Authorization to Operate

Brazil.- August 16, 2024 www.zonadeazar.com The Betting Management System (Sigap) received license applications from giants in the online betting industry this Wednesday (14). The global leader Bet365 (HS do Brasil Ltda) and Aposta Ganha, a reference in the national sports betting and online gaming market, submitted all the documentation required by the Ministry of Finance.

In addition to the two mentioned groups, two other applications were registered: Gamewiz Brasil and Brazino777 (Futuras Apostas Ltda). This first registration period will close next Tuesday (20), along with the Secretariat of Prizes and Bets.

According to the ministry’s forecast, companies applying for licensing at this time will be given priority, receiving responses by the end of the year. This is because specific legislation for the Brazilian market will be implemented on January 1, 2025.
