He also emphasized the major opportunities that the World Cup will create for the industry, driving betting activity and enabling operators and suppliers to introduce new tools, promotions, and engagement strategies designed to enhance the customer experience.

In addition, Longo highlighted the growing role of artificial intelligence across the gaming ecosystem, noting that technological innovation will continue to be one of the industry’s primary growth drivers in the years ahead.
