Aristocrat to Bring New Games and Technology to AGE 2026
Australia.- 4 August 2026 www.zonadeazar.com Aristocrat will present a selection of content, cabinets and technology solutions designed for the Australian and New Zealand markets at the Australasian Gaming Expo 2026.
The company will attend the event from 11 to 13 August at Sydney’s International Convention Centre, showcasing new Aristocrat Gaming products alongside customer-experience tools developed by Aristocrat Interactive.
News Details
One of the principal launches will be Phoenix Link, the follow-up to Dragon Link, which will make its Australian debut at the exhibition after achieving positive performance across international markets.
The product will initially be available in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. It expands on the Hold & Spin mechanic with additional features and enhanced gameplay.
Phoenix Link will be offered exclusively on The Baron Portrait cabinet, which includes dynamic lighting, advanced display monitors and design elements intended to increase the product’s visibility and appeal across gaming floors.
The launch also coincides with the tenth anniversary of Dragon Link, one of the most internationally established brands within Aristocrat’s portfolio.
New Content
The showcase will include Dragon Squadron, a new game family based around a fleet of dragon-themed fighter aircraft.
Dragon Vault will also be presented, featuring an enhanced Hold & Spin mechanic and three differently coloured dragons. Each provides an individual feature, while their combination can activate additional bonuses.
Buffalo Strike expands the established Buffalo franchise through Hold & Spin and Repeat Win mechanics. Silver Buffalos can increase prize values during gameplay.
The company will also stage the regional debut of Mo’ Mummy, a family based on the Cash Collect mechanic that combines a distinctive horror theme with different volatility profiles and gameplay styles.
Another addition will be Dragon Empire, the next evolution of Thunder Empire, which will enter the Australian market with a new theme and enhanced mechanics.
Operator Technology
Alongside Aristocrat Gaming’s content, Aristocrat Interactive’s Customer Experience Solutions division will present its capabilities for New South Wales venues.
The platform provides tools covering player engagement, loyalty programmes, membership management and real-time business intelligence.
The offering is intended to help operators understand customer behaviour, manage commercial relationships and make decisions using current venue data.
Statements
Aristocrat Gaming Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand David Ronson said the company continued to innovate in order to create stronger entertainment experiences for customers and players.
Ronson said AGE would provide the opportunity to introduce Phoenix Link officially and reveal new titles and brands reflecting Aristocrat’s position in content and innovation.
He added that The Baron had delivered strong performance and customer engagement since its launch, while the forthcoming line-up would combine innovation, entertainment and established player appeal.
Industry Context
AGE is one of the principal commercial gaming-industry gatherings in Australasia and provides a platform for manufacturers and suppliers to present products adapted to the region’s regulatory and commercial characteristics.
Aristocrat’s strategy combines internationally proven content with developments intended specifically for Australia and New Zealand. The initial availability of certain products in selected jurisdictions also reflects the need to adapt launches to local approvals and market conditions.
Next Steps or Impact
Phoenix Link’s debut will test whether Aristocrat can reproduce the product’s international performance in Australia and extend the commercial success established by Dragon Link.
The combination of new titles, exclusive cabinets and data solutions also reinforces an integrated strategy extending beyond machine content to include loyalty, management and venue-optimisation tools.
Following AGE 2026, the broader rollout of these products will depend on regulatory approvals, operator demand and their initial performance in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.
