Bragg Completes Acquisition of Drayton International

Canada.- 24 July 2026 www.zonadeazar.com Bragg Gaming Group has completed its acquisition of Drayton International, a transaction intended to expand its presence across regulated US sports betting and horse-racing markets.

The purchase brings technology, operational capabilities and proprietary distribution infrastructure that will provide Bragg with direct access to the US Advance Deposit Wagering (ADW) segment.

News Details

The ADW model allows customers to fund an account in advance and use those funds to place wagers on horse races. It represents a licensed and growing segment of the US gaming market.

Drayton also holds equity interests in several licensed gaming studios. These assets will broaden Bragg’s access to proprietary content and features that can be integrated into its existing technology, including its platform, Bragg Hub aggregation service and player account management solution.

The acquisition forms part of Bragg’s strategy to prioritise proprietary content, expand its distribution capabilities and diversify beyond online casino operations.

Industry Context

The transaction gives Bragg an immediate route into the US online horse-racing wagering sector without having to build the required technology and operational infrastructure entirely in-house.

The company also expects to use Drayton’s studio holdings to increase its content scale and accelerate the development and distribution of new games and features.

Bragg said its studios had begun applying AI-assisted development tools to reduce production times and bring new content to market more quickly.

Statements

Bragg Gaming Group CEO Matevž Mazij said Drayton provides a direct and credible entry into the US ADW market, together with a diversified portfolio of studio investments and proprietary distribution infrastructure.

He added that the company sees meaningful long-term potential in expanding the breadth of games, features and development technology available through its platform.

Next Steps or Impact

Following completion of the transaction, Matt Davey, Founder and Chairman of Tekkorp Capital, was appointed Non-Executive Chairman of Bragg’s board.

Davey, whose holding through Tekkorp Capital represents approximately 10.09% of Bragg’s issued common shares, brings experience in gaming mergers and acquisitions, US sports betting and online gaming.

Integrating Drayton will allow Bragg to strengthen its technology platform, increase its proprietary content portfolio and develop a broader position across regulated US sports betting and horse-racing markets.
